Hiroaki Sugita

Hiroaki Sugita is currently a Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group and has previously served as the Chairman of BCG Japan. With over 26 years at Boston Consulting Group, Sugita-san has held pivotal leadership roles, driving client engagements across various industries, including consumer goods and services, media, telecommunications, automotive, and industrial goods. 

In addition to his role at BCG, Sugita-san serves as an external director at JP Unicharm and Kaizen Platform, and as a board member of the Japan Association for the UN World Food Program. Furthermore, he is a respected advisor to numerous venture companies, including Farmnote, SkyDrive, Iris, DataLabo, LocationMind, and Nadia.

He is also a professor at Waseda University Business School and has published several book titles, sharing his strategic insights and experiences.
