Ramped up Logistics vertical
MOU with Thailand Post Distribution

Supply Chain Innovator of the Year (Startup)
SWAT received the Supply Chain Innovator of the Year (Startup) award at the Supply Chain Asia Awards. This marks our very first accolade within the logistics industry.
Public Transportation
SWAT has been actively involved in public on-demand projects with city governments and transport operators, to help promote better efficiency of public transport, while creating a positive environmental impact by reducing carbon emissions.
One-north | Singapore
In collaboration with JTC Corporation, SWAT has been operating an on-demand service for commuters in the past year, to help improve last-mile connectivity in the one-north district and reduce carbon emissions through the usage of EVs.
Mitaka City | Japan
SWAT Mobility, together with Mitaka City, Sakai Kotsu and Kotobuki Kotsu, is operating an on-demand transport to improve convenience in the Osawa district in Tokyo - A service that was covered recently by Nikkei MJ.
Hakuba Village | Japan
In this ski season, SWAT launched the Hakuba Night Demand Taxi in partnership with Japan’s Alpico Transportation and Hakuba Village, to pilot an AI-powered on-demand taxi ride-sharing service for tourists.
Transport Analysis Projects in Japan
With the Kitakyushu City Transportation Bureau
SWAT has an ongoing partnership to analyse and visualise the ridership data of Kitakyushu city buses, to help predict demand and improve operations to make public transportation more convenient and efficient. In our preliminary study to revise routing schedules which wrapped earlier this year, our proposal is backed by results such as a 45% reduction in operation costs and 40% reduction in CO2 emissions.
With the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Environment
From October 2022 to February 2023, SWAT is working with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to analyse public bus ridership in Machida City for an environmental campaign.
After visualising and contrasting the carbon emissions associated with public bus versus private car use, our results showed that emissions from riding a bus are about 1/3 of the emissions from car use.
Employee Transportation
Solving perennial commuting issues in Cebu
In the Philippines, to address commuting issues and the insurmountable traffic for employees, we launched a pay-per-ride transport that aimed to provide affordable and direct commutes, with reasonable fares.
The service has the potential to reach up to 40,000 employees at full roll-out. Learn more in the feature by the Cebu Daily News.
