SWAT Mobility Is Recognised as an Adopter of 4 Tripartite Standards by Singapore’s Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices

SWAT Mobility is a proud adopter of the Tripartite Standards by Singapore’s Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP), on the following 4 standards:

  • Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA)
  • Tripartite Standard on Recruitment Practices (RP)
  • Grievance Handling (GH)
  • Unpaid Leave for Unexpected Care Needs

Recognised for our progressive practices in recruitment and fair employment, we are committed to helping our employees to achieve good work-life balance and a fulfilling career.

At SWAT Mobility, we incorporate digital tools and flexible work arrangements as part of our strategy to maintain a supportive and inclusive work environment. Our employees come from diverse, multinational backgrounds and we have multiple remote teams overseas.

In response to the pandemic, even before the circuit breaker was in effect, our employees were encouraged to telecommute for their safety. Our priority is our employees' safety and well being, and making sure they have the tools and resources to work effectively.

We believe in helping employees develop their careers in their time here, through a comprehensive Employee Career Development Plan that is reviewed quarterly. We also check in periodically with our employees with engagement surveys via digital platforms on their working experiences and how we can actively improve working at SWAT. Monthly company-wide bonding sessions and office parties (pre-COVID) are also the norm here.

From our CEO Jarrold:

“As a technology startup, the nature of the industry is fast-changing and it requires much time and hard work dedicated by our employees to grow our business. We have the responsibility to help our employees balance their work and personal commitments by remaining understanding and supportive, and giving them full respect and autonomy over their work and related decisions.”
