The Land Transport Authority (LTA) marked December 17 as the first day of six-month trial of the on-demand bus service.
Commuters had a taste of convenience of booking public SBS Transit buses through mobile apps in Marina-Downtown area on weekdays, from 11AM to 3PM. The service is also available on weeknights, until 11:45 PM.
The BusNow app is provided by Ministry of Movement (SWAT), which services bookings within Marina-Downtown.
