Eugene Lee

Eugene Lee serves as the Chief Operating Officer at SWAT Mobility, where he leads the sales and business development teams to drive market growth and expansion across the organization. With a strong focus on developing and executing effective sales strategies, Eugene identifies new business opportunities and nurtures client relationships to enhance market share across key industries. His strategic leadership and commitment to customer excellence ensure that SWAT Mobility remains competitive and responsive to the dynamic needs of the market.

Prior to this, Eugene spent 13 years in the Financial Services industry doing consulting work and project management for large-scale banking transformation projects. He worked with 2 top regional banks in the digital space to scale corporate business acquisition through digital partnerships with start-ups.

Upon graduation, his first full-time employment was with Accenture where he spent close to 9 years working on projects with banks across Asia. He is a certified PMI-PMP (Project Management Professional) and graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Major in Information Systems & Minor in Technopreneurship. During his academic tenor, he spent a year in Silicon Valley, California, on a full-time internship at a startup, with part-time studies in Stanford University.
